Our approach

Toolspea tools run in the user's browser. We do not host, store, or distribute content that users process or download. If you believe someone has used a Toolspea tool to infringe your copyright, we encourage you to contact the user directly or follow the notice process below.

Reporting infringing use

Send a detailed notice to the contact address on our contact page with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

Counter notice

If you believe a report was submitted in error, you may submit a counter notice with your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
