What is Grammar Fix?

Toolspea Grammar Fix is an online writing tool that corrects grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalisation and sentence structure while preserving the intended meaning. You paste a draft, choose how far the correction should go, and get a corrected version with each individual change listed so you can accept or reject it.

How to use it

  1. 1Paste or type your text into the editor.
  2. 2Pick a correction level and, if you want, a target tone.
  3. 3Press Fix Grammar and wait a few seconds while your writing is checked.
  4. 4Review each change, accept or reject it, then copy or download the corrected text.

Known limits

  • Text is processed on a server by an AI model, not inside your browser tab. Do not paste confidential material.
  • Correction is a judgement, not a certainty: review the suggested edits rather than accepting everything blindly.
  • Very long documents should be corrected a section at a time; the per-request limit is 12,000 characters.
  • Creative or deliberately unconventional writing may be flagged as an error at Advanced level — use Basic for those drafts.
